**Caratteristiche del profilo**:
- È in grado di **gestire con velocità e cura del dettaglio progetti di ricerca **con diversi gradi di complessità;
- **Conosce le principali tecniche di ricerca** di tipo qualitativo (es. interviste, digital diary, etnografiche...) e/o quantitativo (survey, conjoint analysis, behavioural tasks...) applicate alla progettazione di prodotti e servizi digitali e/o fisici;
- Ha **esperienza nella gestione delle diverse fasi di una ricerca di mercato**: definizione della strategia e delle tecniche di ricerca; individuazione delle caratteristiche del campione di consumatori da coinvolgere; coordinamento ed esecuzione delle diverse tecniche di ricerca; analisi e sintesi dei dati quali-quantitativi raccolti; creazione di report sintetici ed efficaci che raccontino gli insight e le informaizioni raccolte in modo chiaro e significativo;
- Sa** trasformare i preziosi insight raccolti dai consumatori in risposte di business azionabili e rilevanti **per i nostri clienti
**Requirements**:
La persona che cerchiamo ha una provata esperienza nella gestione delle attività necessarie a svolgere un progetto di ricerca:
- **tecniche di campionamento** per la corretta selezione dei partecipanti alla ricerca
- scritt**ura di protocolli e/o script per la conduzione di diverse attività di ricerca** quali-quantitativa (in-depth interviews, focus group, survey ecc.)
- capacità di **codifica e analisi dei dati** raccolti mediante le diverse tecniche di ricerca utilizzata
- in caso di specializzazione in ricerca quantitativa, capacità di utilizzo di **tecniche e strumenti per l'analisi statistica**
Altri requisiti preferenziali:
- Padronanza di strumenti per la raccolta, la classificazione e l'analisi di dati e informazioni (es. Excel)
- Conoscenza di uno o più strumenti di analisi statistica (R, Python, Stata, SPSS ecc.)
- Familiarità con metodologie di UX research, service design e design thinking
