Job Description:

UPS Sustainability Specialist Job summary UPSis seeking a passionate specialist to join our winning Corporate Sustainability team, in order to support our sustainability program.

Focused on UPS BOMI business entity but also supporting work elsewhere, you will support efficient sustainability, foster innovations, and stakeholder engagement programsin order to position UPS BOMI as the leading provider of sustainable logistics for healthcare sector.

UPS's Sustainability team drives the development and execution of the organization's environmental and social sustainability strategy. We seek a specialist to join the team in support of this work.

Reporting to the Director of Sustainability for Europe, the specialist will support initiatives to position UPS BOMI as the leading provider of sustainable logistics solutions for healthcare, as well as supporting the sustainability strategy elsewhere in EMEAI region.

This will include developing and implementing sustainability innovation and stakeholder engagement programs by working cross functionally within UPS and also with external partners.

This is a full-time position based preferably in Italy or Spain but potentially anywhere in Europe.

Responsibilities and Duties Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support UPS BOMI sustainability priorities for 2024 and beyond,Work cross-functionally to connect all needed stakeholders to progress work on priorities,Develop environmental and social innovation programs for UPS BOMI to execute to the priorities,Support stakeholder engagement programs to execute to the priorities, including working with customers to develop partnerships and with employees to inspire them in our sustainability journey,Support data gathering and presentation preparation for Customer meetings,Represent UPS BOMI on Customer meetings,Support and provide cover for sustainability work elsewhere in EMEAI region as neededQualifications A passion for sustainable development, both environmental and social, coupled with an understanding of the role of business in providing solutionsGood networking and presentation skillsHighly numerate, comfortable handling dataA solid grasp of the sustainability area and an aptitude for the technology solutionsGood spoken and written EnglishInto Willingness to travel occasionally and to work with flexible working timeBachelor's Degree in Sustainability, Finance, Logistics or Engineering are an asset Employee Type:
