**PROJECT MANAGER**

Mansioni:
Gestione della commessa coordinando tutti i processi inter-funzionali affinchè vengano rispettati gli obiettivi di tempo, costi e soddisfazione del cliente nel rispetto delle condizioni contrattuali

Nello specifico le principali attività saranno:

- Partecipazione alla fase finale della trattativa commerciale portando un contributo tecnico e di fattibilità verificando anche la completezza di tutta la documentazione contrattuale
- Analizzare il budget e redigere il piano finanziario di commessa e la valutazione dei rischi
- Assicurare il controllo dei tempi e dei costi, intervenendo prontamente in caso di criticità, collaborando con le varie funzioni aziendali coinvolte nella commessa: ufficio tecnico, acquisti, qualità, produzione etc.
- Gestire i rapporti con il cliente in tutte le fasi di sviluppo della commessa, con anche visite in cantiere e presso il cliente stesso provvedendo ad elaborare la reportistica del caso
- Monitoraggio degli incassi sollecitando quando necessario il cliente al rispetto dei tempi
- Gestione delle varianti e di eventuali claims

Per questa posizione ricerchiamo un laureato in Ingegneria con esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella mansione maturata in aziende che lavorano su commessa nel campo dell'impiantistica, macchine complesse, costruzioni meccaniche etc.

Richiesta la conoscenza dei principali tools di Project Management (MS Project) e dei processi di gestione delle commesse compresi gli aspetti economico-finanziari.

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, capacità di problem solving, negoziazione, leadership e disponibilità a brevi trasferte a livello internazionale
