Junior Project Analyst


The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the implementation and rollouts of projects pertaining to the company's Acquisition Platforms.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the definition and implementation of acquisition platforms, in all segments, in order to digitize processes;
  • Maximizing the number of acquired cards for consumer, small business, and corporate segments, working on platforms' conversion rate.
  • Carry out analysis activities relating to acquisition platforms in order to monitor performance and identify areas of improvement and opportunities;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize existing acquisition processes, in order to improve the experience of platform users and ensure compliance with current regulations;
  • Be responsible for managing external vendors
  • Leverage competitor and market research to identify opportunities to improve our customer journey and develop new business opportunities.

Responsabilità:

Required skills:
To be considered for this position you will possess:

  • University degree in Economics or engineering.
  • Experience in project management and/or digital
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Process focused
  • Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • Excellent Italian and English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Analytical skills, financial foresight and good attention to quality and details.

Location:
Rome / Milan

Full time 9.00 – 18.00 from Monday to Friday

Hibrid work: 2 days smart working per week
