I compiti del CHEMICAL PLANT ENGINEER riguardano principalmente il monitoraggio e l'ottimizzazione dell'impianto. E' incaricato di monitorare, ottimizzare e progettare le attrezzature e i macchinari degli stabilimenti, occupandosi anche dell'installazione di questi ultimi
Inoltre e' incaricato di ottimizzare le attività di manutenzione e implementazione, individuando le possibili problematiche che possono insorgere e provvedendo tempestivamente alla loro risoluzione. Garante per la pianificazione, la progettazione, l'installazione e il collaudo di apparecchiature tecniche.
Responsabile della creazione di concetti relativi al ciclo di vita, compresi i concetti di manutenzione e l'esecuzione di analisi tecniche. Fornitura di servizi di consulenza tecnica.
Mansioni:
- Creazione di nuove soluzioni (ad es. compiti operativi e relativi all'argomento) e all'ulteriore sviluppo o ottimizzazione.
- Collaborare alla stesura delle procedure di manutenzione, all'implementazione e all'aggiornamento dei macchinari e delle strutture.
- Individuare e risolvere tempestivamente eventuali guasti e criticità.
- Garantire la compliance e la conformità agli standard di sicurezza e qualità prefissati dall'azienda.
- Sviluppare, in collaborazione con figure come il Test Engineer, prove di verifica attraverso le quali supervisionare gli impianti produttivi.
- Redigere reportistica e documentazione relativa alle attività svolte.
- Formare e, talvolta, coordinare i team di lavoro.
Competenze:
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel settore della manutenzione degli impanti chimici indurstiali per la produzione di API
- Capacità di prendere decisioni prevalentemente operative nella propria area di competenza
- Competenze tecniche specifiche per il settore di chimico farmaceutico.
- Capacità analitiche, matematiche e meccaniche.
- Capacità di pianificazione, gestionali e organizzative.
- Competenze comunicative, relazionali e di negoziazione.
- Leadership e capacità di lavorare in team.
