Per il nostro punto vendita di Vicolungo The Style's Outlet siamo alla ricerca di figure professionali e motivate, proattive, fortemente orientate all'obiettivo e preferibilmente con una pregressa esperienza nella vendita del prodotto classico uomo.
Le risorsa dovrà occuparsi principalmente di:
- curare ogni fase del processo di vendita: fornire accoglienza ai clienti, assicurare consulenze di vendita, informando i clienti su prodotti e/o promozioni e orientandoli all'acquisto presentando la merce
- effettuare operazioni di cassa
- di assistere, orientare e informare il cliente offrendo un servizio di qualità
- curare e disporre la merce all'interno dell'area vendita e nel magazzino
- collaborare con lo store manager per il raggiungimento dei target assegnati e condividere gli obiettivi di vendita con il team dello store
Le attitudini fondamentali sono la capacità relazionale e di fidelizzazione del cliente, ottimo problem solving e propensione a lavorare in team.
E' necessaria flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a lavorare su turni e nei weekend.
Previsto iniziale contratto di inserimento a tempo determinato part time di 20 o 25 ore finalizzato all'assunzione definitiva.
La ricerca è rivolta a persone di entrambi i sessi (L. 903/77) e in nessun caso sono imposti limiti di età.
