Customer Service Coordinator

The resource within the Customer Service team will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Entering, managing and receiving customer orders through Corporate Management System
  • Ensure customer support for all information and/or questions about the order process (order entry and confirmation, stock checks and delivery management with different contractual conditions)
  • Ensure the achievement of Customer Satisfaction by coordinating with other company functions
  • Ensure accurate document management of customer records, new articles and price lists Monitor the order book through regular Reports

Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of the English
  • Accuracy, planning and organization
  • Good relationship and communication skills
  • Team Working, Proactivity, Problem Solving
  • Good knowledge MS Office

Education:

Degree in Economics / Languages or related areas
