Siamo alla ricerca di un* **Sales & **Business development B2B **che sviluppi il segmento** Corporate **creando valore a tutta la nostra organizzazione.

Riportando al **Chief Commercial Officer**, le tue responsabilità comprenderanno:

- Sviluppo e miglioramento della **strategia** e della **value proposition B2B**:

- Analisi e sviluppo di nuovi canali di vendita e di nuovi segmenti di clienti corporate portando avanti i valori e gli obiettivi aziendali
- Sviluppo e gestione del canale B2B, creazione di convenzioni aziendali e Partnerships commerciali
- **Acquisizione e management dei nuovi clienti e partner Corporate**:

- Monitoraggio dei **kpi** di vendita

Per lo svolgimento del ruolo ti coordinerai con le varie funzioni interne all'azienda (Category, Marketing, UX, Operations, Customer service ) per il raggiungimento degli importanti obiettivi.

Il lavoro si svolgerà in **modalità ibrida **(sia presso la nostra sede aziendale di Cassina De' Pecchi fermata MM2 Villa Fiorita/Cassina de Pecchi sia in smartworking).

**Requirements**:

- laurea in **Economia o Marketing**:

- esperienza nel ruolo di almeno** 8 anni**, in ruoli di **Sales & Business development B2B Corporate**:

- forte orientamento al risultato e **approccio imprenditoriale**:

- visione strategica e solido approccio analitico
- spiccate doti comunicative e di negoziazione
- capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e organizzato
- conoscenza degli strumenti e delle best practice in ambito digital e omnichannel

- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
