Junior Sales ManagerLa figura, che verrà inserita in un contesto dinamico, in continuo sviluppo e con ottime prospettive di crescita professionale, sarà sia responsabile della crescita del Business della start Confidenzialesul territorio, sia responsabile del team di venditori. La risorsa si occuperà di:

- Attività di reclutamento e coordinamento dei membri del Team di vendita B2C;
- Romuovere la crescita del Business aziendale sul territorio nazionale;
- Upervisionare le attività di vendita del Team Sales B2C durante il lavoro, fornendo feedback e coaching personalizzati;
- Analisi dei risultati di vendita ed elaborazione di nuove strategie con il responsabile delle vendite;
- Condurre sessioni di formazione sia in gruppo, sia one to one;
- Collaborare con gli altri reparti interni per garantire la sostenibilità dei processi, remando tutti insieme verso lo stesso obiettivo;
- Utilizzo del CRM aziendale. Confidenziale richiesta:

- Laurea Triennale e/- Magistrale;
- Uona conoscenza della lingua inglese livello B2;
- Regressaesperienza, anche breve, in ambito commerciale e nella gestione di team;

- Ottime capacità di pianificazione, analisi di dati e gestione di risorse;
