• Presidiare i rapporti con la comunità finanziaria in relazione ai temi di Sustainable and Responsible Investing (SRI), inclusa la preparazione di presentazioni, l'ingaggio e le interazioni (incontri e email) con analisti e investitori SRI;
• Partecipare per quanto di competenza ai gruppi di lavoro e organismi istituzionali e interfunzionali in ambito SRI, quali ad esempio le alleanze per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di decarbonizzazione e le iniziative per l'accelerazione dello sviluppo sostenibile in ambito Nazioni Unite;
• Supportare gruppi di lavoro interni su tematiche SRI;Esperienza Richiesta Esperienza pregressa di almeno 10 anni:
• In funzioni di gestione dei rapporti con gli investitori;
• Su tematiche di SRI presso info provider/ESG rating agencies, società di consulenza o funzioni di studi e ricerche con expertise specifica su ESG o ESG Manager di altre istituzioni finanziarie.Qualifiche Richieste, Skills e Competenze
• Ottimo inglese (parlato e scritto);
• Buona conoscenza dei mercati dei capitali (equity e debito);
• Esperienza pregressa in ambito ESG a livello intermedio (con studi post universitari/programmi di formazione possibilmente con indirizzo ESG);
• Piena padronanza del Pacchetto Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel, Word;
• Attitudine a sviluppare una visione d'insieme delle varie attività svolte e capacità analitica di approfondire nel dettaglio le tematiche d'interesse al mercato;
