Countinuous Improvement Specialist

• Collaborates on assignments and projects that may require collaboration with other functions
• May collaborate on projects involving electrical power and controls to develop new or improve existing manufacturing processes
• Assists with installation, troubleshooting and repair of equipment
• Analyzes tooling failures and evaluates tool characteristics and requirements
• May coordinate and perform periodic operational diagnostics on operations
• Provides technical support to improve equipment and process reliability
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Typically possesses Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering or Management
• 24 years of experience in relevant field
• Fluent English knowledge (written and verbal)
• Strong Project Management knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software (e.g. Cad)

• Basic knowledge of industrial instrumentation, electrical systems, manufacturing processes, and lean manufacturing concepts
• Driving licence is required
• Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team
• Detail oriented with strong written and oral communication skills
