Riportando al Direttore di Collezione è responsabile della progettazione, della pianificazione e della realizzazione dei capi di collezione gestendo il processo dalla fase di brief e passaggio dei disegni ai fornitori, alla prototipia e infine alla consegna del campionario, rispettando o codici stilistici, gli standard qualitativi e i costi target stabiliti.
Nello specifico:
- Ricerca e sviluppo di materiali in linea con gli input stilistici e con i costi target
- Partecipazione nel creare la struttura di collezione in collaborazione con i designers e il merchandiser
- Partecipazione alle attività di ufficio stile durante il processo creativo e raccolta di input per lo sviluppo della collazione per le categorie affidate
- Responsabile della qualità durante la fase di progettazione attraverso costruzione di capitolati
- Proposta di soluzioni alternative e/o innovative in termini di ricerca, costruzione e costi target
- Responsabilità della pianificazione per le proprie categorie e calendarizzazione delle attività
- Passaggio degli ordini di approvvigionamenti e sviluppo dei materiali per campionario monitorando le consegne/scadenze
- Gestione in autonomia del rapporto con i confezionisti e con i fornitori in fase di sviluppo della collezione
- Responsabilità della logística di campionario: creazione dei file di prelievo materiali e monitoraggio dei lanci
- Gestione delle commesse sulla base delle consegne dei materiali
- Responsabilità del monitoraggio dell'avanzamento e della consegna del campionario
- Implementazione e organizzazione delle schede tecniche e diba su PLM
- Gestione dei pre-costing per la creazione dei costi target
- Ottimizzazione dei costi materiali e costruzione per ogni modello
- Responsabilità dell'attività di costing del capo in collaborazione con il partner produttivo nel rispetto dei costi target
- Implementazione e gestione dei documenti di sdifettamento e di industrializzazione e follow up del modello fino alo sblocco del PPS
Requisiti:
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo descritto
- Laurea in ingegneria tessile o economia
- Conoscenza dell'intero processo di sviluppo di una collezione e preferibilmente dl processo di approvvigionamento e di costing
- Eccellente conoscenza técnica di prodotto, di costruzione e dei materiali
- Ottima conoscenza di PLM e del pacchetto Office
- Propensione a frequenti viaggi vero i fornitori italiani
- Inglese fluente
- Ottime capacità comunicative e di negoziazione
- Ottime capacità di pianificazione e objective oriented
- Mindset proattivo e con abilità al lavoro cross-functional

All'interno del Product Team, building a stretto contatto con la creatività e rispondendo al Product Manager, si occuperà delle attività di sviluppo prodotto: ricerca pellami, qualità, DIBA, merchandising, técnica.
Si richiede esperienza nel ruolo e nel prodotto pelletteria, attitudine al lavoro organizzato, in team, produzione di report, rispetto dele procedure e delle tempistiche, conoscenza della lingua inglese.
