Nell'ambito di un piano di crescita siamo alla ricerca di un Business Developer Manager per Divisione _**Difesa e Nuove Tecnologie**_. La risorsa sarà inserita nel team Business Development & Sales e riporterà direttamente al Responsabile della Business Unit.

Nello specifico, la risorsa sarà responsabile di promuovere e sviluppare il portfolio della divisione attraverso le seguenti attività:

- **Identificazione e sviluppo di nuove opportunità di mercato**:

- **Gestione delle opportunità acquisite**:

- **Analisi delle esigenze del cliente e identificazione delle soluzioni più rispondenti**:

- **Gestione delle relazioni con Partner strategici e clienti istituzionali e non**:

- **Presentazione periodica di relazioni/analisi sul mercato di riferimento**

Requisiti richiesti:

- **Laurea in Ingegneria Aerospaziale/Meccanica/Telecomunicazione o Economia**:

- **Esperienza di Almeno 5 anni in aree di Business Development o Sales**:

- **Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese**:

- **Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office, in particolare di Excel**

Completano il profilo:

- **Ottime capacità comunicative, relazionali e di negoziazione**:

- **Attitudine al lavoro di squadra**:

- **Spirito di iniziativa e attitudine al cambiamento**:

- **Capacità di relazionarsi a diversi livelli**:

- **Eventuale esperienza nel settore aerospazio e difesa sarà considerata un plus**
