**Ruolo e Attività**
La risorsa si occuperà nello specifico di:
- comunicare con gli enti preposti per la gestione delle pratiche di costruzione e apertura (es. DIA, permesso di costruire, pratiche smaltimento rifiuti, ecc.);
- elaborare un piano dettagliato per il raggiungimento di ogni fase progettuale;
- organizzare e coordinare il lavoro delle ditte appaltatrici e dei professionisti incaricati;
- monitorare l'andamento dei lavori nel cantiere e della loro qualità nel rispetto dei tempi stabiliti;
- gestire la contabilità di cantiere e del controllo della fatturazione (ottimizzando costi e processi di avanzamento lavori);
- aggiornare la documentazione progettuale.
**Requisiti richiesti**
- Diploma di Laurea in Ingegneria Edile/Civile o in Architettura;
- Esperienza pregressa di 2 - 3 anni nella gestione di commesse e di cantiere;
- Elevata propensione al problem solving;
- Flessibilità e dinamismo;
- Ottime doti organizzative e di pianificazione;
- Spiccate capacità comunicative e di negoziazione.
- Serietà e Affidabilità.
Sarà considerato titolo preferenziale la residenza nell' Hinterland Milanese e la disponibilità immediata.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
