Release Management Specialist
da inserire all'interno di un nostro Team che opera su un cliente in ambito telecomunicazioni; la risorsa inizierà un percorso di formazione altamente specializzato finalizzato all'assunzione.
Principali attività:
Attuare i processi per il Release Management esistenti presso il cliente, in particolare relativi alla pianificazione di attività sistemistiche sui diversi ambienti e all'organizzazione dello svolgimento delle attività di manutenzione e installazione negli ambienti di Produzione;
Costante attività di reportistica per il monitoraggio delle attività e per la gestione dei KPI del servizio al cliente;
Attuare processi di Change, Deploy e Release Management.
Competenze che acquisirai:
Conoscenza dei processi del ciclo di vita dei servizi in linea con le best practice IT;
Conoscenza di base di prodotti di Monitoraggio, Trouble Ticketing e Reporting;
Capacità di operare all'interno di un gruppo tecnico;
Redazione di documentazione tecnica e di processo;
Predisposizione, analisi, monitoraggio e reportistica sui KPI delle attività erogate per il Cliente.
Competenze richieste:
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Outlook e Excel;
Buona capacità di gestione dello stress;
Buona attitudine all'autonomia e alla proattività;
Attitudine alla collaborazione e buone competenze relazionali per una comunicazione efficace lato cliente.
