HR trainee

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Give support on HR Payroll and Administration activities for local management teams and employees making a sustainable impact in developing and leading best in class HR Operations experience. Support local teams and individuals on all HR-Operations related issues. Support the Italian HR Team in ensuring compliance with either relevant global-Regional-country HR Operations policies during day to day activities. Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and ensure HR Operations topics implementation effectively. Cooperate and support with HR Generalist and HR Country Director and HR Operations Team to ensure effective joint delivery of HR services to the assigned organizations Support the HR Team in projects which contribute to reach the HR Operations objectives.

Background & Skills

Educational background in Labor, Economy and Management or equivalent culture A customer focused, proactive and dynamic individual who is proactive in communications in order to develop effective relationships at all levels within the company and within the HR Team. Solid analytical skills and demonstrated ability as a problem solver. High level of integrity and credibility and the ability to forge positive, professional relationships through the use of tact, diplomacy and discretion. A strong command of both English and Italian Available to travel within Danfoss Italian branches if needed
