Il contesto seguito prevede anche di affrontare aspetti quali la manutenzione, le licenze e i servizi previsti dai processi banca e dagli applicativi utilizzati, per i quali occorre garantire il corretto supporto e il governo dei relativi costi e scadenze.
Questa posizione ti consentirà di conoscere i processi finanziari del dipartimento IT e di potenziare le capacità analitiche, oltre che relazionarti, con altre aree strategiche di una Banca quali Procurement e Finance, inoltre ti offrirà di entrare in un contesto multi-country lavorando a stretto contatto con team stranieri e fornitori esterni.
Parliamo di un'esperienza sfidante e impegnativa allo stesso tempo, nonché stimolante e con un importante contributo formativo da svolgere all'interno di un team competente ed estremamente collaborativo, in un clima dinamico con forte impronta internazionale.
**Principali attività**:
1. Supporto alle attività di budgeting e forecasting IT, comunicazione e reportistica, tra le quali actual vs budget/forecast (mensile/trimestrale/semestrale/annuale)
2. Supporto nella gestione degli ordini di acquisto e relazioni con fornitori esterni, monitoraggio degli stessi e reportistica correlata
3. Supporto nella creazione e nell' aggiornamento costante dei modelli di calcolo (Excel)
4. Supporto nell'evasione delle richieste del Dipartimento IT, Procurement o Finance nei tempi concordati
5. Affiancamento nella gestione delle licenze, servizi, manutenzioni dei sistemi banca
6. Contributor alla preparazione di Business case per il supporto e la presentazione delle iniziative di Saving.
**Requisiti**
Diploma di scuola superiore o laurea (meglio se ad indirizzo economico)
Capacità di analisi, consolidamento e di sintesi
