Task
- Fornire commenti sulla configurazione H/W di volo rispetto 'accessibilità e al flusso di integrazione
Scrivere le procedure di integrazione meccanica, Preparare le complesse procedure di integrazione meccanica, eseguire autonomamente operazioni di Integrazione Meccanica, collaudo e manipolazione.
- focus come Operation Test Conductor.
- Esecuzione di Processi Tecnologici AIT Incollaggio, Crimping, Wrapping, Riparazione Specchi, Bonding, Cavo Coassiale RF.
- Supportare il reparto Logistica e Qualità Incoming, shipping, packaging, Inspection.
- Utilizzare MRP/SAP per la preparazione delle attività e il Kitting.
- Utilizzare il MES per l'esecuzione e il reporting
**Requirements**:
Titolo di Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica - Ingegneria Aerospaziale, che abbia svolto laboratori, esami - la tesi di laurea su progettazione e verifica trasversale sulla parte meccanica
, hardware per i sistemi di volo tra il design e il check fattibilità della produzione meccanica
Conoscenza dell'arcConfidenzialetura e dei meccanici di un Confidenzialedi veicolo spaziale, inclusi sistema/sottosistema e componenti.
Esperienza dei processi di integrazione meccanica AIT come:
Aggraffatura, saldatura, incollaggio, dispositivi Pyro,
- Esperienza nell'uso della strumentazione elettrica da laboratorio Milliohmetro, Multimetro, e di Carico, Megaohmetro, Ohmetro di Sicurezza, Oscilloscopio.
- Esperienza nell'assemblaggio meccanico e nell'integrazione inclusi cablaggio e configurazione DC- RF
Confidenza con crimpatura, saldatura, Gruppo cavo coassiale:
- Applicazione PC in ambiente MS Windows, CATIA, CATIA Composer, SAP MRP.
- Buona conoscenza dell'inglese scritto e parlato, Disponibilità a lavorare in doppi - tripli turni, nei periodi festivi, nei fine settimana, disponibilità a lavorare 'estero per lunghi periodi
