Per lo sviluppo di un importante progetto di _digital communication_, ricerca per la sua sede di Milano un professionista con la qualifica di:
**CRM MANAGER**

la cui missione sará quella di costruire la customer satisfaction e la customer loyalty dei consumatori, andando a lavorare sulla relazione con i clienti, i loro bisogni e il loro comportamento in tutta la customer journey.

**Funzioni e responsabilità**

Il/la risorsa si occuperà in particolare di:

- Analizzare i bisogni dei clienti attraverso dati quantitativi e individuare le loro esigenze traducendole in KPI su cui impostare la strategia;
- Impostare la banca dati clienti e i KPI di osservazione;
- Sviluppare la _unique customer view_, e i cluster comportamentali dei clienti;
- Gestire e sviluppare la _marketing automation_;
- Registrare tutte le informazioni dei clienti in un unico database in chiave omnichannel;
- Costruire la user journey e la user experience;
- Gestire la relazione con il consumatore anche sotto l'aspetto creativo;
- Creare servizi e vantaggi per i Loyalty Customer;
- Proporre possibili partnership in termini di Loyalty Program.

**Competenze e skill**
- Esperienza di almeno tre anni in ruolo analogo e preferibilmente nel settore retail e/o grande distribuzione;
- Aver costruito processi di marketing automation;
- Aver sviluppato un CRM anche con riferimento all'e-commerce:

- Conoscenza di sistemi di _recommendation and reward_;
- La conoscenza di Salesforce (CRM-MARKETING CLOUD) é un requisito gradito.
