- dell'interazione con gli stakeholder per la raccolta dei requisiti e degli obiettivi;
- delle attività di process improvement in ottica di digital transformation e nuove iniziative IT;
- della definizione delle priorità, valutazione di fattibilità e stime dei costi di realizzazione;
- della gestione dei requisiti di dettaglio, impact analysis e coordinamento delle attività;
- dell'attività di software selection e scouting di fornitori;
- del coordinamento e della gestione delle risorse (interne ed esterne) che porteranno avanti operativamente i singoli progetti supportandole in termini metodologici;
- della relazione con il cliente e tutti gli stakeholder;
- della gestione sinergica dei progetti aziendali anche dal punto di vista del rapporto costi/benefici;
- di supportare nella definizione degli scopi e degli obiettivi del progetto, coinvolgendo tutte le parti interessate assicurando la fattibilità técnica;
- di garantire l'allocazione delle risorse e la consegna dei progetti entro i tempi e i budget pianificati.
- esperienza consolidata di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo di Project/Demand Manager;
- esperienza su progetti orientati alla trasformazione digitale;
- conoscenza dei processi di business in ambito Tax;
- completano il profilo un'adeguata competenza nel mondo dell'information Technology ed un pregresso in una società di consulenza.
