**Project Manager
**Posizione**:
Il team su cui verrai inserito ha due ambiti di responsabilità ben definiti:

- Gestione di progetti strategici ad elevata complessità
- Applicazione delle metodologie Lean e di miglioramento continuo per ottimizzare ed efficientare i processi nelle diverse linee di business

Come Project Manager avrai la possibilità di:

- Coordinare progetti tramite applicazione delle principali metodologie del Project Management (con focus su una delle Linee di Business del Gruppo)
- Pianificare e monitorare le attività progettuali, indirizzare le criticità e sintetizzare lo stato avanzamento lavori
- Organizzare e gestire gli stati di avanzamento lavori e dei Comitati Guida
- Relazionarti con tutte le strutture aziendali e con i responsabili delle linee di business coinvolte nei progetti in gestione
- Supportare il responsabile dell'Ufficio Operations Continuous Improvement nella gestione delle attività/operatività dell'ufficio

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in materie Scientifiche, Economiche o Giuridiche
- 4-6 anni di esperienza in attività di Consulenza e nella gestione di progetti complessi
- Ottima capacità di analisi ed efficientamento dei processi
