**MANSIONI**:

- Sei responsabile del processo di benvenuto e di addio dalla A alla Z, gestendo i check-in e i check-out per creare la migliore esperienza per i nostri ospiti e ottimizzare l'occupazione dell'hotel
- Rispondi alle richieste personali e telefoniche dei nostri ospiti e fornisci consigli sulle attrazioni locali, sulle attività e sui servizi aggiuntivi
- Ti occupi dei compiti operativi e amministrativi: fatturazione, registrazione delle ore, gestione della reputazione online, controlli di qualità, ecc.
- Lavori in gruppo e sei pronto ad assumere compiti occasionali nell'area F&B (colazione, cena, bar)
- Ti piace un ambiente di lavoro vario e sei flessibile a lavorare nei giorni feriali, nei fine settimana, nei turni di giorno, di sera e di notte

- Hai una prima esperienza (almeno un anno) e sei appassionato di ospitalità
- Hai una personalità estroversa e ti piace lavorare in un ambiente vivace e dinamico, eseguendo una varietà di compitis
- Sei una persona che ama aiutare gli altri e creare esperienze indimenticabili per i nostri ospiti
- Sei un giocatore di squadra, pronto ad aiutare i tuoi colleghi e ad affrontare le sfide insieme
- Hai una buona conoscenza di un sistema di front office (ad esempio ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT)
- Sei fluente in italiano e inglese (B2), qualsiasi altra lingua è un vantaggio
