L'ATTIVITA' prevede che la risorsa selezionata , riportando direttamente alla direzione aziendale, si occupi della gestione dell'area della contabilità generale, attiva e passiva, definendo procedure amministrative in grado di rispondere alle esigenze aziendali e, nello specifico si occupi di:

  • Gestione dei rapporti con i consulenti esterni: Tax, Labor, Legal, Global Investment and Innovation Incentives per quanto di competenza;
  • Gestione amministrativa fornitori, partner e istituti bancari;
  • Gestione e monitoraggio scadenzario e budget ;
  • Fatturazione attiva e passiva ;
  • Inserimento distinte di pagamento su Banca;
  • Popolazione dati amministrativi relativi alle commesse
  • Rendicontazione di progetti finanziati;
  • Predisposizione scadenziario pagamenti e monitoraggio dello stesso;
  • Interfaccia costante con l'Amministratore.
REQUISITI:
• Laurea in discipline economiche o equipollenti;
• Ottime capacità organizzative, precisione ed efficacia nella gestione delle priorità, capacità di lavorare in autonomia;
• Organizzazione, pianificazione, progettazione e cura del dettaglio;
• Pregressa esperienza in ambito in un contesto strutturato di almeno 2 anni;
• Ottimo utilizzo di Excel.IL CONTRATTO: inserimento iniziale a tempo determinato a finalità di inserimentoORARIO: full timeSEDE DI LAVORO: Casalnuovo Settore
