**Posizione**:
La risorsa, inserita all'interno dell'Ufficio Legale, si occuperà principalmente: (i) dei contratti a supporto delle attività ordinarie delle centrali, e (ii) dell'aspetto contrattuale dei diversi progetti di sviluppo del Gruppo EP.
Con riferimento ai contratti a supporto delle attività ordinarie, la Risorsa avrà la responsabilità di assistere le diverse società del Gruppo EP nella gestione in particolare dei seguenti aspetti:
- supporto alla valutazione e negoziazione della contrattualistica collegata alle esigenze dei diversi dipartimenti aziendali (contratti per l'acquisto di beni e servizi, di consulenza, contratti di servitù ecc.);
- gestione dei contratti strategici per l'operatività delle centrali quali contratti di manutenzione di lungo termine;
- assistenza durante la fase pre-contenziosa dei rapporti con terze parti;
Con riferimento ai progetti di sviluppo, in coordinamento con le altre funzioni aziendali coinvolte, la risorsa avrà la responsabilità di:
- partecipare attivamente al processo di valutazione delle diverse opportunità commerciali, segnalando le possibili soluzioni da implementare per la migliore strutturazione dei progetti dal punto di vista contrattuale e giuridico;
- identificare la migliore struttura societaria interna da implementare anche nell'ottica di garantire la finanziabilità dei progetti (eventuale creazione di società di scopo);
- predisporre, anche attraverso il supporto di consulenti esterni, la documentazione contrattuale da inserire nelle richieste di offerta;
- partecipare insieme alle funzioni commerciali e tecniche alla negoziare dei contratti con i possibili _bidders_;
- gestire il contratto in fase di esecuzione.
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in Giurisprudenza (sarà considerato un plus l'abilitazione all'esercizio della professione forense).
- Esperienza in aziende multinazionali o studi internazionali (minimo 5 anni).
- Verrà valutata positivamente l'eventuale esperienza maturata nell'ambito di operazioni di Project Financing.
- Flessibilità e capacità di lavorare in team.
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta.
