Profile
- Formal Education: Chemical Engineer or equivalent;
- Professional experience: 15 to 20 years minimum of inspection experience with strong skills in Inspection method and practices;
- Technical knowledge: RBI approach, NDT, Materials and Corrosion, Treatment, Lifting Equipments, PSVs and others;
- Good level of English;
- Methodic, rigor and proactive are essential.
Activités
Purposes
- Guarantee Technical Expertise for additional projects and RFM's (Requests for Modification);
- Ensure technical contractors audits on site;
- Address and ensure rectification of the technical deficiencies appearing during daytoday production phase;
- Develop and ensure that the inspection plan is well applied;
- Promote HSE activity with H2S & CO2 threats.
Contexte et environnement
Job description
- Comply with all company's HSE policies and procedures in order to avoid and minimize risks;
- Organize the Inspection activities, planned and unplanned, and ensure they are carriedout in accordance with the approved HSE and Operational Procedures;
- Provide inputs and optimizations to develop TEPIT long term plans;
- Follow implementation of Approved Post-Inspection Corrective Actions and Defined Action Plans;
- Provide specialist knowledge/expertise/assistance in Corrosion, Cathodic Protection, Metallurgy and Protective Coatings to various Technical Disciplines, particularly during the process of Management Of Change (including RFM);
- Monitor & audit the contractor performance & quality on site;
- Issue monthly and annual inspection & corrosion reports (performance, budget follow up). Assure the quality of the information for feedback KPI and reporting.
