This key RN leader will join a 700+ bed hospital committed to continuous innovation and clinical excellence. This Level 1 Trauma Center has been named U.S.News' "Best Regional Hospital" for This hospital is not only dedicated to providing top-tier patient care, but it is also heavily involved in community and other population health initiatives to improve the well-being of the community in which it serves.
The Cardiac Cath Lab RN Assistant Director will report directly to the VP of Heart and Vascular and oversee both the EP and Catheter Lab units.
They will lead a dynamic team of 25 nurses across both units and be supported by a manager in both the pre-and post-treatment areas.
The Cardiac Cath Lab RN Assistant Director will be able to hone both clinical and business acumen, overseeing the departmental budget, staffing, process improvement, and other department initiatives.
