This role reports to the Head of
Global Controlling Product Business Unit: 2,500+ people across all continents who design, develop and maintain the entire Dedalus portfolio.

The Product Business Unit Controlling team is a dynamic, dedicated group of professionals, open to new ideas and proactive colleagues who can support the company growth and transformation.

Your Tasks

• Support the production of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
• Support the budgeting, forecasting and midterm financial planning processes
• Create performance KPI's and conduct variance and ratio analysis
• Perform analysis on OPEX, CAPEX and HRrelated topics (headcount and costs)
• Support the consolidation of local budgets into the groupwide budget
• Act as Business Partner for members of the global Product leadership team providing finance decision support
• Ensure implementation of the continuous improvement of controlling and reporting processes and systems

Your Profile

• University Degree in Business / Financial Management, with a focus on Controlling and Finance
• Previous experience, ideally of at least 2 years, in a Finance Department with an international environment in a multinational company
• Real team player and strong attitude for improvement and change
• Quantitative approach with a business lens and mindset, capability to identify risks as well as opportunities and provide insights
• Target oriented, resilient and proactive
• Fluent in English language, other EU languages (Italian, German, French) are a plus
• Proficient computer skills: MS Office (very good Excel skills mandatory); CCH Tagetik and MS Dynamics are a plus
