Job Description:

  • Lead a team of 2 people to follow and validate thermodynamic tests in test chambers for chillers and air conditioners.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage laboratory staff.
  • Generate reports using dedicated software.
  • Plan tests in coordination with Production or the Technology Manager.
  • Read and interpret electrical diagrams.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation.
  • Assist the Quality Department in instrument calibration.

Skills Required:

  • Solid understanding of the reverse Carnot cycle (refrigeration cycle).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player with a good command of written and spoken English.

Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in energy or a related field.

Experience: Previous experience in the refrigeration sector preferred.
