As an AX ERP Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics AX from both technical and functional perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft Dynamics AX Expertise: Possess a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Dynamics AX, both in terms of technical configurations and its application. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of the ERP system. System Customization: Participate in the customization and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics AX to meet the specific needs of the key users. Data Analysis: Utilize data within AX to provide insights and reports that support informed decision-making. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and customizations. Training: Train and support end-users to maximize their proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of experienceworking with Microsoft Dynamics AX, preferably with a focus on financial administration, control, and sales modules. Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Engineering or Information Systems. Problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics AX are desirable. Knowledge of ERP best practices and industry standards. Skill in using DB and related tool to inspect data or support performance analysis or issues are desirable
