**Internal Control over Financial Reporting Specialist**

Nell'ambito della Business Unit Amministrazione, Bilancio, Pianificazione e Controllo - all'interno dell'Area Sistema di Controllo Interno Sull'informativa Societaria - stiamo ricercando una brillante risorsa che entrerà a far parte del team.
- definizione di norme, metodologie, modalità operative e strumenti connessi all'istituzione ed al mantenimento del sistema di controllo del Gruppo Snam, finalizzato a garantire la compliance alla Legge 262 ed alla Direttiva Comunitaria CSRD (Sistema di Controllo Interno sull'Informativa Societaria - SCIS);
- definizione dell'ambito del sistema di controllo sulla base dell'analisi dei bilanci e delle informazioni legate alla sostenibilità delle società del Gruppo, risk assessment sui processi, definizione ed aggiornamento di controlli, analisi delle normative aziendali e dei rapporti di audit, coordinamento con altri modelli di risk assurance e compliance integrata del gruppo Snam;
- gestione dei flussi informativi legati alle valutazioni di rischi e controlli; alimentazione e aggiornamento della piattaforma informatica a supporto delle attività di reporting sullo stato dello SCIS; supporto metodologico e operativo alle funzioni coinvolte nello svolgimento dei test, nell'utilizzo del sistema e nelle valutazioni;
- elaborazione dei risultati delle valutazioni e predisposizione dei rapporti complessivi di società e dell'informativa per il Dirigente Preposto, per il CEO e per gli organi di controllo; pianificazione e coordinamento delle attività di monitoraggio indipendente di INTAU e di quelle della società di revisione
Must have
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ambito: risk assurance & compliance, analisi e mappatura dei processi / risk assessment, internal auditing
- Approfondita conoscenza di: normativa SOX (Sarbanes Oxley), Controllo interno sull'informativa societaria, legge 262, direttiva CSRD, processi finance
- Provenienza da: società di consulenza (Big 4), internal auditing di aziende strutturate
- Laurea in: Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale
- Ottima conoscenza dei tools Office: Excel, PowerPoint
- Inglese fluente (livello B2)

- esperienza in ambito amministrativo e/o di revisione di bilanci e sistemi di controllo
- disegno ed implementazione di sistemi di controllo interno
