ABOUT THE POSITION


As a
Sales & Admin Support Specialist, you will provide critical support and coordination in sales, marketing, office administration and HR for our Italian team.

The role is based within our office in Pederobba, near Treviso in Italie and combines a mix of on-site work and home-office (1-2 days per week).


The position is a mix of 3 scopes:

  • Sales support
  • 45%_
  • You will track and analyse the main key performance indicators (KPI)'s for the principal Key Accounts in coordination with the Sales Manager
  • You will provide technical information to the Regional Director and to the Sales Managers for each season in coordination with the product merchant teams
  • You will prepare an illustrated assortment file with adapted tool (ppt/pdf) for the Key Accounts and assist the preparation of the Regional K.A meetings (tools/showroom set up/"housekeeping")
  • Your will take the lead in executing, facilitating and managing local clinics/tech trainings tools and preparation of the buying groups days as required (digital or physical)
  • You will support Sales and marketing teams by completing customer templates, running sales activity reports, sending stock lists, and entering orders.
  • Sales Marketing Support for Omni Channel _Accounts_ 30%_
  • You will work with the Marketing Manager and the Sales team to ensure the optimum presentation of Columbia brand and product in field and/or key accounts. You will also maintain files on competitors' activity
  • You will provide administrative support for Marketing and PR activities including the preparation of PowerPoint presentations, according with budget agreed with Marketing Manager and influencer seeding spreadsheets, briefing order and monitor distribution of promotional item stock, document proof reading.
  • You will act as liaison with customer service to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information related to online executions and product setup.
  • You will take the lead in executing and following up the KA seasonal plans, facilitate and manage local, PR and promotional events
  • Office Administration & HR support 25%_
  • You will ensure all insurance policies in partnership with the head office, including public liability, building, company car cover and all employees are legally sufficient and maintain appropriate records for the subsidiary (Pederobba) and the Outlet stores in Italy.
  • You will ensure that the office and showroom facilities are assessed for compliance with health and safety laws, any noncompliance is recorded, and the necessary action plan published. You will issue processes and guidelines for general office and showroom wellbeing and general tidiness.
  • You will respond to employees' requests for assistance related to the office facility or to equipment such as phone, and computer liaising with IT support team for more complex cases.
  • You will manage the inventory, purchase, and maintenance of office and marketing supplies and equipment in line with office requirements

ABOUT YOU

  • Degree
    in business administration, Economics, International Business or similar
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing position, preferably in the sportswear/outdoor industry and in an international environment
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Excel
  • Italian native, English fluent
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Team player
    and comfortable in interacting with multiple business partners
  • You are passionate about learning new skills and always bring a Growth mindset
