**Posizione**:
Il profilo avrà l'obiettivo di migliorare il servizio reso al cliente in ambito qualità prodotto e processo - reclami (gestione reclami).

Le attività principali in cui verrà coinvolto, sono:

- gestione NC di produzione su processi di montaggio: apertura documento tecnico, analisi, messa in atto di azioni correttive e successiva chiusura, gestione 8D report dove necessario;
- gestione reclami cliente con apertura e gestione dell'8D report dove necessario, interfaccia con il cliente per approfondimenti o per eventuali accordi sulle modalità di trattamento della NC segnalata;
- gestione di "Improvement Plan" con clienti, soprattutto internazionali;
- creazione di procedure operative inerenti agli aspetti qualitativi di processo.

**Requisiti**:

- provenire da percorsi di studio e lavoro nell'ambito del settore elettronico;
- aver maturato almeno 3/5 anni in un ruolo analogo;
- possedere un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (linguaggio tecnico e livello richiesto B2-C1) - requisito obbligatorio.
