Siamo alla ricerca di un* DESIGN ENGINEER , che a diretto riporto dell'R&D Mechanics Platform Manager si occuperà di progettazione del prodotto finito e delle relative componenti nel rispetto delle Specifiche cliente e delle normative vigenti.
In particolare, ti occuperai di:
Collaborare con il team R&D nell'analisi dei requisiti di progetto e individuazione delle soluzioni tecniche per soddisfarli: definizione di tempi e di costi; Esecuzione e pianificazione delle attività di progettazione: dalla prototipizzazione alla produzione in serie; Applicazione dei principi della DFMEA per individuazione anticipata di possibili guasti per mitigarne gli effetti; Progettazione dei principi della DFMEA per garantire la compatibilità tra processi di progettazione interni ed esterni; Partecipazione alla definizione dei piani di validazione del prodotto finito e delle componenti; Revisione del progetto sulla base di test, osservazioni e feedback dei clienti interni ed esterni; Collaborazione con altre Funzioni Aziendali e con i fornitori esterni per la risoluzione di problematiche tecniche; Aggiornamento degli strumenti di Product Data Management e gestione della documentazione tecnica; Supporto tecnico nei processi di Change Management e durante le presentazioni agli Stakeholders.Non esitare ad inviarci la tua candidatura se:
Possiedi una laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica o discipline equipollenti; Hai maturato almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli affini all'interno di contesti strutturati; Possiedi una conoscenza approfondita delle tematiche legate ai processi produttivi, oltre ad un'ottima conoscenza delle principali caratteristiche di materiali metallici, materie plastiche e gomme; Hai padronanza dei principali tool e software di progettazione: PTC Creo, PLM PTC Windchill, ANSYS Mechanical, Workbench, Discovery; Hai padronanza nell'utilizzo di CREO Simulation, ANSYS Maxwell, modeFRONTIER, ANSYS Fluent, CFX BladeModeler; Possiedi la conoscenza tecnica di organi di regolazione del flusso di tenuta aria/gas e dei componenti presenti sugli apparecchi a gas; Possiedi la conoscenza tecnica di componenti meccanici di precisione; Hai una spiccata dote di team working, di focalizzazione sugli obiettivi e di lavorare su più progetti contemporaneamente; Hai una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
