Per una società di Investment in ambito Real Estate, in forte espansione in ambito europeo ricerchiamo una figura di **Analista degli investimenti Settore Immobiliare**

**Posizione**:
La risorsa si occuperà di:

- Stesura del business plan e di proposte di investimento;
- Analisi dello scenario d'investimento, preparazione di materiali d'investimento e due diligence;
- Monitoraggio della performance;
- Implementazione di iniziative di asset management;
- Rendicontazione finanziaria;
- Aggiornamento e rendicontazione del business plan e del modello di investimento

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in economia;
- 2-4 anni di esperienze in qualità di analista finanziario in ambiti consulenziali o di società d'investimento immobiliare;
- Competenze di modellistica finanziaria e business planning;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
