ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES


British American Tobacco Italy is looking for a dedicated and brilliant HORECA Activation Executive, with a strong passion for the HORECA channel, to join our team based in Rome.

Italy

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Develop and manage all the classification of all HORECA outlets
  • Identify, with the help of the agency, all HORECA outlets in the territory (existing, nearly opened, newly opened etc.) and upcoming events;
  • Develop and implement a HORECA Channel Marketing Plan in line with the Brand Strategy to enhance sales and opportunities in order to achieve Company targets;
  • Manage the implementation and distribution plans for product assortment, Point of Purchase materials in line with the HORECA Investment Strategy
  • Manage the identification and recommendation of targeted HORECA outlets
  • Develop strategy and implement plans which reflect changes in regulatory environment
  • Set the KPIs per region/per location accordingly, monitor on weekly basis and identify actions and next steps
  • Build and maintain excellent relations via agency with HORECA owner/managers in the territory, in order to build long term partnerships
  • Assure the Brand visibility in the HORECA channel, the coherence in terms of promo and product plan and the synergy across the entire activation plan
  • Manage all assigned, materials and equipment in a secure and efficient manner in order to maximise the use of organization assets
  • Maintain accurate records and to submit reports as requested in order to ensure effective communication with management team according to given deadlines
  • Monitor the competition and collect information regarding channel's news and opportunities
  • Acts as a genuine team player, supporting team's decisions and ground rules

  • Do you have experience in organizing the activities for the HORECA Activations?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
years of previous similar experience; experience in a FMCG company is nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office package, in particular Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Native in Italian and an advanced level of English
  • Previous experience with CRM Salesforce and Power BI is a plus
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Analytical and datadriven approach
  • Thorough while able to see the big picture
  • Proactive nature and ability to learn fast
