**Posizione**:
**Che ruolo ricoprirai?**

Ruolo di Project/Demand Manager mercato internazionale

Compito di supportare il team demand nella raccolta strutturata delle richieste, predisposizione offerte e di progetti IT da avviare (demand management). Consolidare e prioritizzare le nuove iniziative in coordinamento con le Business Unit/Direzioni. Elaborare report periodici sullo stato di avanzamento dell'intero portafoglio e sulla sua sostenibilità in relazione agli obiettivi aziendali.

**Requisiti**:
**Qual è il tuo background?**
- Una laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Ingegneria Informatica o discipline informatiche correlate.
- Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in ruoli simili in aziende IT o consulenza.
- Una profonda conoscenza técnica e funzionale del Project & Portfolio Management, con un focus sui progetti IT.
- Agilità mentale e precisione.
- Disponibilità a viaggiare.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Certificazioni in ambito project management (PMI, PRINCE2) saranno considerate un plus.
- Saranno considerati requisiti preferenziali esperienze in ambito di dominio Transportation ed esperienze internazionali
