What we are looking for Within the

Global Unbranded Lead Generation (ULG) Team at

Amplifon Global HQ, we are currently looking for a

Global Digital Specialist thatreports directly to the

Global ULG Manager to develop and execute the global digital paid & organic media strategy across different media channels, ensuring consistency and alignment at global level.
The

Global ULG team is an Amplifon corporate function that is set to generate leads from digital media channels and sells the leads to Amplifon local countries. Global ULG team is sharp and agile, build around complementary and diversified competence and experience, and hungry to grow its share of investments within Amplifon marketing strategy.

Main Responsibilities Your main responsibility will be to develop and implement the digital media activities to generate qualified leads and appointments.

You will be working on the key paid media platforms, such as Meta, Google, TikTok, in collaboration with our media partners and agencies.


In particular, you will:

  • Coordinate the media agency to plan, optimize, monitor, and report results for all digital channels (mainly paid social and organic)
  • Analyze campaign results from reports and BI dashboards, extract insights and identify opportunities for optimizations and improvement of the media offering to the countries
  • Supervise the E2E conversion journey to optimize cost/appointment and maximize conversion (creatives and landing pages performances, call center conversion results),
  • Manage relationship with the countries' digital teams, share and discuss results, propose new improvements and increase the business

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in digital campaigns planning & analysis
  • Knowledge of social adv platforms (Facebook primarily), organic search, landing pages, direct management experience is a plus
  • High Proficiency level in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and PowerBI
  • Good knowledge of performance media vendors and technologies & general confidence on digital media landscape, actors, technologies, trends
  • Familiarity with analytics, brandsafety tools, tracking and attribution, reporting tools
  • Fluent English language is a key prerequisite, both written and spoken
