Coordinate the development process of a variety of mathematical models focused primarily in the area of CRM and Customer Data but can expand into other areas of the business.

  • Coordinate the development process of a variety of mathematical models (including data collection, analysis, prototyping, testing, creation of production systems, and development of performance metrics) focused primarily in the area of CRM and Customer Data but can expand into other areas of the business.
  • Monitor model performance, re-calibrate, maintain, and recommend design enhancements.
  • Recommend the creation of tools/reports for analysts and management to show business trends, forecasts, and customer behavior.
  • It's accountable of quality and use of Data lake and CRM customer data, collaborating with CRM business analyst, CRM campaign coordinator, IT and other department on the developing of new data enhancement.
  • Act as a focal point of competences, training junior scientists, business analysts and management on use of science models and tools.
  • Promote corporate culture and values among employees, leveraging positive relationships with the company's leaders to obtain optimum results.
Requisiti: Master's Degree in quantitative fields: Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, and Engineering with excellent grades; Your journey includes relevant experiences (5+ years of experience) in developing, implementing and maintaining Machine Learning / AI models and Optimization Algorithms in complex environments; You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively; Data driven approach to problem solving and decision making, combined with sense of business and commercial awareness; Advanced knowledge of SQL and of another statistical programming language (Python or R); Knowledge of Azure Databriks and Power BI; Fluency in English (at least B2 level is required), every other languages would be a plus; Excellent communication skills focused on promoting openness and transparency.
