**BOOKING AND OPERATIONS SPECIALIST**

La risorsa gestirà l'operatività dei clienti abituali e consolidati che prenotano regolarmente i servizi; questa fase include la quotazione al cliente, la prenotazione, l'organizzazione e la supervisione del servizio in corso di svolgimento.

Questi processi riguardano principalmente il business del noleggio con conducente, ma anche il rent di qualsiasi altro tipo di trasporto di lusso.

E' indispensabile una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (sia parlata che scritta), in quanto gran parte della clientela è straniera, oltre la capacità di operare in modalità multi-tasking.

Previsto contratto full-time, in presenza 100%, su turni dalle 8:00 alle 23:00, che includono anche sabato e domenica, a rotazione.

Inserimento a tempo determinato, con contratto di 12 mesi, finalizzato all'indeterminato, con inquadramento e retribuzione da valutare sulla base delle competenze emerse durante l'iter di selezione.
