In questo ruolo avrai l'opportunità di viaggiare sul territorio, relazionarti con tanti professionisti e far conoscere il Brand, organizzando con **autonomia **le tue attività, in modo da raggiungere tutti gli obiettivi con maggiore flessibilità.

**DI COSA TI OCCUPERAI NELLO SPECIFICO?**
- Fornire supporto e coaching alle concessionarie e al personale della rete di carrozzerie nel territorio assegnato.
- Collaborare con l'NSC (national sales company) e la Rete Ufficiale di Carrozzerie per sviluppare strategie di crescita del business e incrementare il fatturato.
- Raccogliere dati, monitorare le performance, e definire azioni correttive per migliorare l'efficacia e la qualità dei processi.
- Supportare la definizione e l'implementazione di attività di marketing locale.
- Gestire il processo di nomina di nuove carrozzerie per ampliare la copertura territoriale della Rete Ufficiale.

Dovrai seguire un panel di **17 **concessionarie che si estendono sulla **Lombardia**.

Per diventare AS Field Coach è necessario avere:

- Esperienza comprovata in attività di consulenza, coaching o gestione di aree nel settore automobilistico.
- Conoscenza del business post-vendita e del marketing nel settore automotive.
- Eccellenti capacità organizzative e relazionali.
- Capacità analitiche e capacità di elaborare action plan specifici.
- Fluente in italiano e inglese.
- Conoscenza avanzata di Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Disponibilità a viaggiare e possesso di patente di guida.
