About the job

Key tasks:

  • Customer project=> together with Key Account Manager and Development Engineers, develop conceptual ideas and designs, select and optimize technical propose to OEM customers.
  • As Project Manager, drive & coordinate all activities in development projects in close cooperation with customer and internal Alfa Laval functions
  • First line customer contact: Together with Key Account Managers, manage all communication back and forth with customer and internal Alfa Laval functions
  • Claim: Manage the communication and decide activities relating to customer claims
