MISSION
To enhance project delivery by planning appropriate resources for future deliverables, support the achievement of project objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Project Managers in the allocation of resources within the projects
  • Define, setup, manage and update Schedule plan of Projects Team
  • Planning, controlling, reporting and evaluate the project
  • Monitor the Schedule, Resources availability, actions, risks, allocation's weaknesses, working progress and Earned Value of Projects Team
  • Provide a summary overview of all costs of work for each activity
  • Dissolve updated schedules to all interested parties
  • Obtain the costs estimate and resources required to complete the work, supporting the Project Manager in drawing up the budget
  • Report problems or risks that require the Project Manager's attention
  • Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work around
  • Supporting the planning, reporting, and management cadence, e.g.
  • The weekly / monthly project reporting cycle
  • The monthly prioritisation review
  • The monthly / quarterly capacity planning events

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Knowledge and experience using EPM Tools (Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office 36 4 years experience in scheduling and planning activities
  • Effective verbal and written communication. Good attitude at effective interaction with different company figures and stakeholders
