Morri Rossetti è uno studio legale e tributario indipendente che fornisce consulenza multispecializzata e integrata in vari ambiti del diritto.

Il Team Marketing dello Studio - negli anni premiato ai "Legalcommunity Marketing Awards" nella categoria "**Advertising**" (Team dell'anno) e "**Knowledge Management**" (Professionista dell'anno) - è alla ricerca di un/una Marketing & Communication Junior Assistant.

Con la supervisione del Responsabile del Team e in coordinamento con le altre risorse, la nuova figura dovrà occuparsi principalmente delle seguenti attività:
1 - **Comunicazione e organizzazione di Eventi**:

- gestione delle piattaforme social e dei diversi canali di Studio (sito istituzionale e Osservatori, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Youtube, Soundcloud, ) con monitoraggio accessi e relativi reporting periodici;
- supporto nella redazione di newsletter e preparazione ed editing di presentazioni in Power Point, di brochure e di strumenti di comunicazione esterna;
- gestione di progetti di comunicazione interna e team building (in collaborazione con la funzione HR di Studio);
- supporto nell'organizzazione di eventi anche internazionali, virtuali o in presenza.

2 - **Marketing** (& Business Development)
- analisi quali-quantitative della concorrenza & benchmark (italiani ed esteri);
- preparazione di ricerche a fini di Business Development;
- relazione con i team di professionisti per la messa a punto di prodotti e servizi da veicolare ai diversi target di mercato.

La risorsa ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:

- Laurea o Master in materie attinenti al Marketing e/o alla Comunicazione d'Impresa;
- almeno 1-2 anni di esperienza in contesti simili o assimilabili;
- eccellente conoscenza del pacchetto Office (soprattutto Power Point e Excel);
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno B2).

- capacità relazionali e di organizzazione;
- superiore attenzione al dettaglio e senso estetico;
- buone capacità comunicative sia scritte che orali;
- determinazione e approccio proattivo.
