Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)

La risorsa sarà inserita nel team Wholesale della linea Emporio Armani Bodywear a riporto del Sales Director responsabile della linea.

Nello specifico, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Assicurare uno sviluppo costante delle vendite dell'area geográfica designata al fine di assicurare il raggiungimento del budget assegnato
- Monitorare con efficacia eventuali opportunità da esplorare e criticità da gestire
- Mantenere i rapporti commerciali con i partner in franchising, i department store ed i clienti multibrand garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettiviassegnati ed assicurando il corretto posizionamento del brand, in accordo con la strategia commerciale aziendale
- Supportare la Direzione Commerciale nella realizzazione delle politiche di distribuzione per le aree di propria competenza
- Gestire con efficacia le relazioni con i vari dipartimenti aziendali coinvolti (showroom, back office, customer service, product training, visual merchandising, trade marketing, credito)
- Analizzare i KPIs per monitorare l'andamento delle vendite in relazione agli obiettivi e preparare report periodici sulla propria area
- Assicurare il corretto assortimento dei principali partner in sede di buying in linea con le linee guida stagionali
- Fornire feedback alla Direzione Commerciale relativamente alla situazione del mercato, alle esigenze dei clienti e alle strategie della concorrenza

Profilo

Requisiti
- Diploma di laurea
- 4+ anni di esperienza maturata nello stesso ruolo nel settore Moda, preferibilmente su mercati esteri
- Spiccate attitudini relazionali e comunicative
- Capacità di pianificazione
- Forte orientamento al risultato
- Passione per il settore moda e conoscenza delle sue dinamiche
- Inglese fluente. Gradita la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera
