ASAP Sponsorship is not available [Remote] National Sales Manager (Fencing or perimeter security exp req) Description Our client in the outdoor security solutions industry is looking for a Remote National Sales Manager to add to their team.
You will manage and develop the regionally based sales team for our client's Residential, Light Commercial, and High-Security products.This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, developing strategic initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence by building strategic partnerships to enhance the company's position as a leader in the security industry.
Your primary goal will be to develop new markets and ensure the sales team meets their targets. To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of developing successful sales teams. Ideal candidates will be experienced fencing or perimeter security industry sales managers, a thought leader, and a motivator.This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing global organization that maintains a small company feel and offers excellent benefits and growth opportunities.
[Remote] National Sales Manager (Fencing or perimeter security exp req) Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
- Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets
- Monitor sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives
- Train, develop, and motivate the sales team
- Work with end users, contractors, and specifiers to support brand expansion
- Coordinate with Estimators and Project Coordinators to ensure proper quotes
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales representatives
- Guide sales techniques, product knowledge, and market positioning
- Conduct regular performance evaluations
- Implement training and development initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and account management practices
- 8+ years of Outside Sales or Business Development experience required
- 3+ years of sales management (at least 2 direct reports) experience required
- 2+ years of Perimeter Security, Fencing, or related industry experience required
- CRM experience required
