In affiancamento al team di Talent Acquisition L&D, ti occuperai di talent attraction e recruiting, attivando tutti i canali a disposizione (annunci di lavoro, consultazione di data base per ricerca attiva, contatto con enti e istituzioni del territorio, partecipazione ad eventi, ecc.).

**Obiettivi dello stage**:

- Comprensione delle job description e stesura degli annunci.
- Pubblicazione annunci sui nostri canali.
- Screening curricula.
- Supporto alle attività di Employer Branding.
- Gestione dei tool dedicati (ATS) e monitoraggio dei KPI relativi alla talent acquisition.
- Supporto nella gestione e coordinamento del processo di people performance management secondo le linee guida Global.
- Supporto in tutte le attività finalizzate al raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali in ambito TA L&D.
- Attività di reporting e analisi e presentazione dei dati in ambito L&D.

**Qualifiche professionali/Conoscenze specifiche**
- Studi minimi: Laureando o Diploma universitario o Laurea in materie umanistiche.
- Gradita formazione specifica nell'ambito delle risorse umane.
- Conoscenza pacchetto Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint): livello alto.
- Livello conoscenza lingua inglese: B1 scala CEFR.
- Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative.
- Flessibilità e proattività.
- Orientamento all'apprendimento continuo.
- Ottime capacità organizzative e forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
