TALENT ATTRACTION & EMPLOYER BRANDING SUPPORT - INTERNSHIP:

Responsibilities:


We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Attraction & Employer Branding Support to enhance the potential of our team.


  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the colleagues of the team in the recruitment process;
  • Post advertisements on various recruiting channels;
  • Actively support in HR analytical processes;
  • Conduct initial structured telephone interviews;
  • Support the colleagues of the team in the recruitment process;

Job Profile:

  • Master's degree in Economics, Psychology or Humanistic Subjects
  • Fluent Italian and English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Empathy
  • Proactive and curios approach
  • Comfortable working in a team environment
  • Benefits:
