The establishment of the Lungarno Collection brand dates back to 1995 when it was established as a hotel management firm under the ownership of the Ferragamo family.

Each hotel under the brand showcases its own character, drawing inspiration from urban lifestyles, history, and fashion to curate exceptionally personalized guest experiences characterized by sophistication, striking aesthetics, and attentive hospitality.


Requirements:
  • Previous experience in similar high-end roles
  • Familiarity with Italian and international wine selections
  • Knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance standards (an advantage)
  • Fluency in both English and Italian. Proficiency in a third language is a bonus
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Team player mindset
  • Proficiency in F&B software systems (Micros)
  • Passion for Florence. In addition to the technical skills, we seek individuals with a genuine passion, enthusiasm, customer-centric approach, positive demeanor, eagerness for professional development, and an intrinsic elegance that complements their external demeanor
