Purpose of the Job

Within the Maintenance Project, the Troubleshooting Technician are in charge of fault finding for Corrective Maintenance, that is to establish the diagnostic of failures detected in service or during maintenance.

They are deeply contributing to the Reliability performance of the Enginering:

• by the quality of their intervention (accuracy of diagnostic to identify the root cause of the failure, accuracy of tests after intervention ) ;

- by the completeness of the information they communicate about these interventions, allowing the Engineering team to identify technical "anomalies" (that is impacting and/or recurrent failures generating modifications) ;
- by their deep involvement in investigations about the "anomalies", always in collaboration with Train System Engineers ;
- by their feedback on all documentation support used in corrective maintenance.

They work in shift in maintenance team.
