Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)

La risorsa, a riporto del Responsabile del Dipartimento Produzione Advertising e Digital, si occuperà di supportare il team nella realizzazione di campagne pubblicitarie e digital per i diversi Brand dell'Azienda, in termini di:

- Gestione logística per reperimento e spedizione di capi/accessori a magazzino e verifica del rientro post shooting
- Supporto nella gestione dei flussi di post-produzione foto e video nel rispetto delle tempistiche di consegna definite
- Archiviazione contrattualistica e inserimento ordini fatture tramite SAP
- Consuntivazione, controllo giustificativi e creazione PO/fatturazione finale con fornitori
- Preparazione presentazioni casting e documenti di produzione
- Supporto e brief sul campionario di eventuali figure esterne di styling
- Analisi della concorrenza
- Aggiornamento costante del Marketing Calendar rispetto allo status delle attività di Digital Production
- Contatto con dipartimenti interni e fornitori/collaboratori esterni

PROFILO
- Esperienza pregressa di circa 2/3 anni maturata, nello stesso ruolo, preferibilmente in aziende del settore moda o in case di produzione
- Ottima conoscenza di Power point e Microsoft Excel
- Conoscenza lingua inglese
- Curiosità, proattività, problem solving, attenzione al dettaglio
- Gradita abilità nell'uso di programmi di fotoritocco / post-produzione.
